Brief Description Buddha seated in the gift bestowing attitude on a high pedestal. The right hand which is in the varada-mudra holds the stalk of a lotus, while in his left is placed a water- vessel. He wears earring; a typical conical crown with locks of hair falling on the shoulders, necklace, a thick drapery and a shawl. On the pedestal, in front are eight figures of the Buddha in abhaya and varada poses. On the three sides of the pedestal are depicted floral designs.
