Detailed Description An ornate mandapa-pillar retrieved from Site-37. It has a low octagonal shaft between two cubical parts . The lower cubical part panels depicting a palace scene, a fierce battle scene and elephant riders in three faces (fourth is a mended one). The octagonal shaft has depiction of parts of an unidentifiable story in smaller panels juxtaposed with overlapping pairs of horse, boar, lion etc. Dwarfs or mischievous children engaged in various playful activities are depicted on the faces of the top cubical part. There are neatly executed floral and animal bands provided as border.
Brief Description Lime Stone- Ornate Mandapa pillar with the carvings of;- battle scene, elephant riders, a pair of horses, a pair of boar etc. Dwarfs are shown on the square top. Mended.
