Brief Description

Panel carved in high relief showing four armed Siva, Parvati and baby Skanda (Somaskanda), seated in Sukhasana on a throne, the back support of which has lion and makara decoration at he end. Behind them stand three headed and four armed Brahma and four armed Vishnu. The right leg of Siva is tucked in front and the left suspended. The attributes on his upper two hands are not clear. In the lower right hand he holds a cobra (damaged), the lower left being placed on the lap. He wears a jata-mukuta usual ornaments, a lower garment fastened at the waist. Parvati is seated against a cushion with the left Reg pendant and supporting her weight on the left hand. Baby Skanda is seated on her lap. She wears a conical headdress having a roll moulding at the base and other ornaments. Above her head is a broken parasol and on her left a dhvaja stambha. A pot is depicted below her seat. Slab damaged at the upper corners. Buff granite stone.
