Farman of Aurangzeb dated 3rd year of his reign. It was issued to Saiyed Anwar on the complaint of Fatehullah Abul Barkat, Jaffar & other residents of pargana Sadrpur, sarkar Khairabad about loot and  plunder of the villages of said pargana by Laxmi  Narayan  & other choudhris along with the Zamindar of Bhibhnauti  and some others to conduct a thorough investigation..

The order also mentions  that after making proper inquiry into the matter, the looted property should be restored to the respective owners. It is certified under the seal of Khwja Qadir of Aurangzeb's court (seal affixed on reverse of the documents).
