Arched slab carved in high relief showing Kubera seated in Sukhasana on a high seat. In his right hand he hold citron fruit, and in the left a bag full of jewels. The hair dressed upwards are tied in a loop behind the head and the curly locks are falling on the shoulders.
He is adorned with the usual ornaments characteristic of the Pala sculpture. There is a beautiful halo behind the head.
