In the background a forest full off with trees and animals is shown beautifully. In the foreground a lady is shown holding a vina sitting under a tree. She is accompanied by female attendants standing behind her.

The lady holds a tuft of graces and offering it to a group of deer standing near her while another deer is shown drinking water in a water tank full with lot of lotuses. The Painting has inscription related to the scene inscribed on the top.
