Saint Kabir was one of the north India's mystic poet of 15th century. His writing influenced Hinduism's Bhakti Movement. His verses are also found in Sikhism scripture of Guru Granth Sahib. He belonged to a Muslim family but was highly influenced by his Hindu teacher, Ramananda. Kabir Suggested that God is with the person, who is on the way of righteousness.
Ravidas was also a north Indian mystic poet saint of the Bhakti Movement during 15th century. He is considered as the founder of 21st century Ravidassai religion by a group previously associated with Sikhism. His devotional songs were included in Sikhism scripture Guru Granth Sahib.
