Brief Description
State sword (Sam-Sher-Morassa) with jewelled ivory hilt. Made at Ispahan by Asadullah in the time of Shah Abbas and was presented to the Nawab Nazim Mir Jafar by Emperor Alamgir II. Inscription on the middle in Arabic (Allah).
